Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I didn't have to wait very long for an appointment. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. I did end up waiting roughly two to two and a half hours for my new patient appt. However, once I was taken back I quickly understood why. The reason being that the doctor spends alot of time with you, getting to know your personal and specific problems. Which I appreciate because I have so much going on with my health. He actually listened and answered any questions I had. So besides the waiting everything else was great.

I was in a lot of pain, and Dr. Ward had made an exception to have me come to him the next day. He explained to me my situation with the fibrinalgia, and reasons that could be associated with the pain. I thank him again for the time and patience he took and also the resources I was given.
